A new idea is currently being explored around how communities could collectively support grassroots creativity, local culture and independent community projects across the UK outside London.

The idea is still in development and this early survey is helping shape what it could become. Grassroots creativity is often under-supported. Small community projects struggle to access funding. People want more involvement in supporting culture where they live.

We want to know: Would people actually support something like this?
